AXIUS provides claims management services to the construction industry throughout the GCC and Middle East. Our team of experts analyze the contractual terms and carry out an extensive assessment of the losses or potential losses incurred by our client. We also assist client in the preparation and submission of any type of claims.

We do so by providing hands on support in  planning, engineering and management to assist clients in getting their full compensation for lost of productivity, extension of time , idle costs and overhead costs.

The multidisciplinary approach of our team permit a detailed analysis in scheduling, engineering, procurement and or quantity surveying, to prepare a detailed evaluation and present their findings.

Our aim is to assist clients in reaching the most beneficial and successful resolution. We achieve this by analysing our client contractual standpoint and implementing the most appropriate strategy to achieve the objective in a timely and most cost effective manner. Once strategy in place , we assist client throughout the negotiations and in drafting a settlement agreement.

We provide Contract and Procurement advice and support in managing contracts, purchase orders and the complete supply chain throughout the lifecycle of a project. Our Processes and procedure ensure an effective contract management approach to avoid disputes and claims situation.

AXIUS provides QS throughout the project’s lifecycle, from pre-contract to post contract services. We assist clients in their estimations, material take-off, bill of quantities, tender documentation, tender analysis, Tender Evaluation, Periodical Progress Measurement,  Variation Assessment, finalisation of accounts and more.
